Distribution by inclined disc is, for 70 years, the heart of EBRA principle. This system combines simplicity, performance and precision with incredible versatility. EBRA seed drills sow small seeds (parsley, carrots, etc.) or very large ones (large beans, broad beans, etc.) , bare or coated seeds, as well as seeds of very irregular shape : parsnips, scorzonera, etc.
If EBRA does not sow it... then the seed does not exist !

Simple to understand
An aluminium disc, selected according to the type of seed and driven by the seeder's drive wheel, sorts the seeds and ensures precise distribution. The density remains constant whatever the forward speed of the seed drill. Changing the disc takes just a few minutes and requires no tools. Whether you need to sow seed by seed or in bunches, the inclined disc distribution system will meet your needs.

Easy to use
The seeder's wheel drives the disc via sprockets and a chain. A set of interchangeable sprockets gives 25 options for adjusting the seeding rate and the spacing between seeds in the row. These sprockets can be changed in a matter of moments in the field, without the need for tools. Choosing the sprockets is very simple, thanks to the adjustment table supplied with the machine.

An incredible versatility
EBRA distribution discs exist for an incredible number of seeds. From the smallest (parsley, carrot) to the largest (large beans and even small bulbs), from the most regular (peas or round beans) to the most difficult to sow (parsnip, scorzen or bean), EBRA seeders sow almost any bare or coated seed. You can also choose a disc that can take several seeds together and sow in bunches !

Remarkable accuracy
The seeds, precisely sorted by the aluminium disc, are placed in the soil by the sowing coulter, at exactly the right depth thanks to the sliding sowing coulter. Then, they are covered by adjustable scrappers (except on the Essentiel model). In this way, the seeds are placed in the exact conditions of density and depth for optimum germination, giving you the best conditions for successful sowing.
